Wild Fingerlime has conducted research within the Australian restaurant industry and selected a number of export markets to establish the most desirable varieties and ensure premium quality fruit for a diverse range of consumers.

Quality is of paramount importance to Wild Fingerlime and all of their fruit is hand picked, packed in a 2 kg box in a HASSUP accredited packing facility and chilled to 4o C in preparation for shipping.
