The property has been in the Bettridge family since the late 1980s and has a total area of 75 hectares (185 acres).

In 1998 a range of grape varietals were planted totalling 18 hectares (45 acres) including Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier.
Over the years their premium fruit has been sold to some of Australia’s leading wineries including Vasse Felix, Stella Bella, Goundrey, Plantagenet and Evans & Tate.
