
Pudding Lane make all puddings individually by hand using the finest of fresh ingredients including; finest grade of fruits, fresh local Free range eggs, fresh butter, fresh breadcrumbs(from a local bakery), matured in Oak Brandy from the famous Barossa Valley. Combining everything individually by hand, weighing out each and every pudding into lined natural boiling cloths and boiled "in the cloth" in old style gas fired "coppers", then hung to dry, age and mature naturally, just in time for Christmas. Regarded by many, over the years, to be Australia's finest hand made range of puddings.
