Dromana Estate became a company known for its trail blazing approach to winemaking, in particular being one of the first to explore the use of Italian varietals and winemaking styles in Australia. Vertical Shoot Positioning (VSP) is used throughout the vineyard and it is irrigated entirely with recycled water.
