Dromana Estate became a company known for its trail blazing approach to winemaking, in particular being one of the first to explore the use of Italian varietals and winemaking styles in Australia. The Dromana Estate Vineyard consist of 53.9 acres under vine (over 60,000 vines) with varietals including Arneis, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir. Vertical Shoot Positioning (VSP) is used throughout the vineyard and it is irrigated entirely with recycled water.
The Winery
