Casa Freschi

It is a small, family owned and operated ultra-premium wine producer with a mature red vineyard in Langhorne Creek (4.5Ha) and a more recently established white vineyard in the central Adelaide Hills (3.2Ha). Harbord Wines

Image - Harbord Wines They are a boutique wine company located in Stockwell, on the fringe of the picturesque Barossa Valley, South Australia. Their range of prestige wines are made from selected grapes grown on unique soil in highly individual vineyards throughout the Barossa Valley. Wines: The Chardonnay wine is barrel fermented in one and two-year old Barriques and aged for three months on it's lees which are regularly stirred.

Burk Salter Wines

Situated at Blanchetown, in South Australia, in the lower reaches of the Riverland, the Salters' have been grape growing in the area for three generations. With the introduction of their own wine label in 2002 and the opening of the Cellar Door sales area, they can now offer visitors to the region a unique wine experience. Overlooking the family vineyard, the Murray River and towering cliffs, Burk Salter Wines offer a range of white-wine and red-wine produced from their own grapes.

HILLBILLÉ

Image - HILLBILLÉ Nestled between heavily wooded craggy hills overlooking the majestic Blackwood River in Australia’s south west is the family run vineyard of HILLBILLÉ. The property has been in the Bettridge family since the late 1980s and has a total area of 75 hectares (185 acres). In 1998 a range of grape varietals were planted totalling 18 hectares (45 acres) including Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier.

Rosnay Organic Wines Pty Ltd

Image - Rosnay Organic Wines Pty Ltd The first fruit was hand harvested in Autumn 1999, from the original Chardonnay vineyard. For this and the following four years the Rosnay fruit was sold to organic and biodynamic wineries including the famous Botobolar and Cassegrain wineries. Of particular note was the "R&B 2000 Shiraz", a delicious and harmonious blend of fruit from Rosnay and Botobolar, made by the new winemaker Kevin Karstrom. The first Rosnay label wine was produced in 2001 and made by John Cassegrain.

Laurance Wines Pty Ltd

Dianne Laurance had a vision to create a beautiful Cellar with a distinction and an emphasis on being family friendly. In order to retain the vineyard as a private family property, the Laurance’s acquired the adjoining 60 hectares to fulfil the dream.
