image Jillian Wines is a boutique winery in the Grampians region of Victoria, and is located just outside the scenic township of Moyston. As a mother of four and wife to a Moyston sheep farmer, the isolation of raising a young family in a rural setting inspired Jill to pursue a dream of making great wine to enjoy with family and friends. The feedback was so good that she decided to expand production and Jill's wines are now available to the general public. Jill has over a decade of experience in the wine industry.

Along with our gourmet truffles they produce premium wines which have won many prestigious awards and accolades throughout Australia. The Wine & Truffle Co is one of the few truffières in the world where you can participate in the excitement of a guided ‘truffle hunt’ and you can discover how they locate the rare and wondrous black truffle, which is often referred to as ‘black gold’ or ‘black diamond’.

Merops Wines

Image - Merops Wines Merops Wines is a family owned vineyard in the heart of the famous Margaret River wine region. Located just a few hundred metres south of the River on Caves Road the 17 acres of vines are carefully pruned to produce reduced yields of premium fruit. Their philosophy is 'care for the environment', they have grown without the use of chemicals and pesticides since establishment and full Organic Certification was achieved for the grapes grown for the 2009 vintage.

Celestial Bay

Ferngrove Vineyards Pty Ltd

Murray's faith in this unique vineyard region was well founded. Thanks to its location 90 kms from the coast, between the cooling influence of the converging Southern and Indian oceans, the region has a cool climate that allows grapes to ripen with remarkable consistency from year to year. Delivering fruit and thus wine with characteristic delicacy and clear varietal character.
