It sources grapes from two small vineyards (Uley and Bonython), to produce quality wines handcrafted to exacting standards. Adelaide Hills is very typically cool climate: Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Merlot are the varieties to flourish in this sub-region.

Somerbury Estates The Frewer family established Jones Road vineyard in 1997 at Somerville on The Mornington Peninsula overlooking Westernport Bay. The maritime climate of this region produces some of Australias best cool climate wines because of the late ripening, the fertile soil and careful vineyard management.

Minimal intervention is employed in the vineyard with a focus on assisting nature, not dominating it. Only organic ferilisers are used on the Estate.

'1847' Fine Wine Barossa

'1847' Fine Wine Barossa The Eighteenfortyseven Vineyards are located in Rowland Flat, a small township between Lyndoch and Tanunda, named after the surveyor Henry Rowland who charted much of the Barossa in the mid 1800’s. Within 10 years of the first immigrant settlers venturing into the Barossa the land grant was given for the ‘1847’ property.

Penna Lane Wines

Penna Lane Wines The vineyard is planted at an elevation of approximately 450 metres which provides for a long, slow, ripening period, resulting in intense varietal fruit flavours. Their grapes are invariably among the last in the Clare Valley to be picked. The vines are virtually dry-grown, receiving only limited supplementary irrigation in the dry years. Trellising consists of a single fruiting wire and moveable foliage wires which enable to vertically position the shoots for better bunch exposure.
