Sevenhill was established by the Society of Jesus (Jesuits) in 1851 to produce sacramental wine. While this tradition continues today, Sevenhill is also highly regarded for its premium table wines, which are recognised for the regional qualities that have put the Clare Valley on the world stage.

Highbank Wines is a classic, small, family winery on a raised section of rich, red, terra rossa soil - the soil that makes the Coonawarra such a prized wine region world wide.

Toorak Winery is situated in the heart of the ‘Riverina’ in the town of ‘Leeton’, approximately half way between Melbourne and Sydney. With 40 Years of providing quality wine, they bring an exciting range of wines to wine enthusiasts all over the world.Their warm summer climate produces wines with rich, ripe aromas and intense varietal fruit characteristics.

Hirsch Wines ‘ are produced at Endeavour Valley Winery, a boutique style, family run Winery situated on Cape York Peninsula, in the tropical part of Australia, Far North Queensland and is surrounded by one of the Worlds oldest living Rainforests, a short distance from the shores of the Great Barrier Reef. Established in 1998, the Winery specializes in the production of exotic tropical fruit based dessert and table wines.

The Small Concern Whisky Distillery Pty Ltd make their whisky in the North-West of Tasmania, a small island to the south of the Australian Continent. Tasmania is a land of pristine wilderness, fertile soils and the purest air and water. The rich volcanic soil of Northern Tasmania gives life to their Franklin barley, a new, superior breed of barley sought after by beer brewers across the globe. With such a high quality of grain and purity of water, it was inevitable that the Small Concern Distillery founders were able to create a very fine single malt whisky.
