Darling Park Winery was established in 1988, their winery has built an enviable reputation for producing wines that not only reflect their cool climate Mornington Peninsula origins but also reveal clear personality, depth and life.

Wines:

1. Sparkling Rosé (2005)
A pale pink delicate Pinot noir-based traditional method sparkling wine that's terrific at any celebration including Friday afternoons.

2. Sparkling Pinot Noir (2005)
A sparkling red wine that is marvellous enjoyed with the roast turkey, at BBQs - it is fragrantly fruity and lightly spiced with French oak.

3. Pinot gris (2007)
A crisp floral refreshing white wine that's great enjoyed alone and terrific particularly with lighter dishes and Asian cuisine.

4. Pinot Gris Viognier (2008)
A dazzling combination of two exotic varieties; a crisp, delicious white for all seasons. Gris provides spicy floral notes; Viognier succulent apricot.

5. Chardonnay (2005, 2006)
This handcrafted Chardonnay is made with fruit selected from our premium vineyard sites on the Mornington Peninsula.

6. Reserve Chardonnay (2005)
This standout Chardonnay represents our highest achievement with this great variety on the Mornington Peninsula. Complex, rich and flinty.

7. Rosé (2008)
Pinot noir is picked early for fresh, floral, fruit flavours. European-style Rose, savoury and textural. Nothing better on a hot summer's day.

8. Pinot Noir (2006, 2007)
A classic Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir made from individual vineyard fruit parcels blended in the winery to produce a wine of complexity and style.

9. Syrah (Shiraz) Basket Pressed (2004)
Darling Park Syrah is an impressive wine made with basket pressed Shiraz grapes from our Hawkins Hill, Paringa Road vineyard.

10. Cane-Cut Pinot gris (2008)
We cut the fruit-bearing canes at peak flavour, then allow the fruit to hang on the trellis to concentrate into a luscious after-dinner wine.
