Casa Freschi established in 1998. It is a small, family owned and operated ultra-premium wine producer with a mature red vineyard in Langhorne Creek (4.5Ha) and a more recently established white vineyard in the central Adelaide Hills (3.2Ha). Their aim is to produce a collection of Australia's finest single-vineyard wines. High quality sites, minute yields, environmentally sensitive practices, minimal intervention and extreme attention to detail are key characteristics of Casa Freschi's wine production, ultimately to produce wines with purity, elegance, texture and longevity that reflect where they are grown.
