Snap’n Squeeze: Take Snap’n Squeeze to work, school or on a picnic... just snap it, and squeeze it on fruit salad, in your coffee or tea or in your favourite recipe as a substitute for sugar. Snap'n Squeeze® is a 7g portion of honey that is easy to use and is available in selected stores now!
Australian Honey: Capilano's Australian premium honey is a pure blend of eucalypt and ground flora honeys rich in character and flavour. These honeys consist of light and dark coloured honey and strong and mild flavoured honey which are blended together to give a product that is generally consistent in flavour and colour. In times of extreme honey shortage, the colour and flavour of Australian premium honey can vary due to a smaller selection of honey varieties that are available for blending.
Floral Varieties: The flavour of honey varies depending on which flower the nectar has been collected from. Enough nectar from a certain source will give the honey a distinctive floral flavour such as Yellow Box, Blue Gum, Iron Bark, or Red Gum.
Honey & Lemon and Honey & Ginger: Capilano Honey & Lemon is a delicious blend of natural Australian honey and lemon. Capilano Honey & Ginger is a delicious blend of natural Australian honey and Australian Buderim Ginger.
Creamed Honey: Creamed Honey is the product of deliberate, controlled crystallisation of honey. Crystallisation is a natural phenomena in honey, occurring when glucose, one of the main naturally occurring sugars in honey, spontaneously separates out of the supersaturated solution. The glucose loses water, becoming glucose monohydrate and takes the form of crystal. Capilano has refined centuries old techniques to guide the natural crystallisation of honey towards a completely crystallised stable and uniform end product.
Bee Vital™ Manuka Honey: BeeVitalTM manuka honey is produced in pollution free native bushlands of Australia and New Zealand. BeeVitalTM is carefully blended to maintain the unique Manuka Honey properties. For good health and well being, generations of people have been enjoying the benefits of Manuka Honey.
