Brookfarm is a working farm of approximately 4500 macadamia trees, the majority of which were planted in 1989. At the very centre of their plantation is a regenerated rainforest, with some old re-growth forest. This area is the original home of the macadamia, a native Australian rainforest tree.

- Premium Whole Roasted Macadamia Nuts: Macadamia nuts are grown in the rich volcanic soils of the Byron Hinterland. Their unique roasting method brings out the nutty sweet flavour of the macadamias and the vacuum sealing means when you open a packet of Brookfarm nuts the flavour and crunch is as fresh as the day they were baked.
- Macadamia Oils: Australian Macadamia oil is widely regarded as one of the healthiest edible oils in the world and is higher in monunsaturates (83%), the goods fats, than Extra Virgin Olive oil, important in lowering blood cholesterol. The oil can be cooked at very high temperatures 210°C /410°F and it doesn't lose any of its subtle nutty taste and important health characteristics. It also has the most balanced ratio of Omega 3 to Omega 6 fatty acids of any oils. Macadamia oil contains no trans fatty acids.
